- Kitchen: Replaced door to garage, removed the damaged wood and replaced with new material, repaired sink drain, installed new cabinets & hardware, installed under-mount sink & faucet, installed disposal and air switch, installed Quartz countertops, installed backsplash, installed range, installed extractor fan, installed refrigerator, installed dishwasher

- 3rd Bedroom: Removed broken window screen, replaced track lights

Kids Bathroom: Replaced the door, replaced door knob with bedroom knob, reglazed bathtub, installed extraction fan, installed toilet, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed wall faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar & toilet paper holder

- 2nd Bedroom: Installed similar style door knob, replaced the latching hardware, replaced track lights

- Front door: Replaced front door with solid flat

- Exterior: Installed new mailbox, replaced gutter downspout, installed Exterior cover plate, installed a junction box knockout, replaced GFCI receptacle outlet & added cover, installed listed vent cap, replaced sensor light fixture in carport

- Garage: Trimmed gate and adjustment to operate freely, installed self-closing hinge, repaired garage door lifting system, replaced glass pane

- Roof: Removed dish antenna, replaced dryer vent cap, roof repaired

- Main Panel: Terminated electrical wiring in the panel box with a wire nut for safety

- Hallway: Installed guide tracks for sliding closet doors, installed carbon monoxide detector in the hallway, replaced ceiling lights, removed and capped battery-operated switch
