Located in a serene neighborhood in Chula Vista, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home features a spacious floor plan, vaulted ceilings, a cozy fireplace, and unbeatable privacy. To start off, the team replaced the painted the baseboards in the master bedroom and added new doors and casings throughout. New hinges and door handles were also installed and the old light fixtures were swapped out for new ones. Other finishing touches included replacing and painting the baseboards in the master bathroom and a new electric hood was installed in the kitchen.

Once this project wrapped up, the home sold for $650,000, providing the owners with a $23,610 profit and a 207% return on investment.
