Here at Freemodel our in-house design team helps Project Directors create spaces that are beautiful, functional, and safe. Our local Project Directors are talented project managers and designers and they work with the in-house design team as needed per project. The design team supports establishing design intention, selection of finished materials, dynamic visualizations, and preparation of construction documentation for building and permitting. Lauren Sharp leads the design team, focusing on design innovation and providing design support to Project Directors. The design team is staffed by Brooke Moore, associate designer, focusing on design services. The team coordinates contributions from other architecture, engineering and design professionals whenever needed. We design with consistent Freemodel quality standards following local building codes, NKBA recommendations, and design industry best practices.
