Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All Rooms: Luxury vinyl flooring installed, installed new baseboards, installed prehung front entry door, installed front entry door lockset, installed door knobs and locks, installed new light switches and duplex outlets, installed new GFCI outlets for kitchen and baths, installed water heater and repaired pedestal
• Kitchen: Removed non load bearing wall, installed new recessed LED lights including new switch, installed kitchen cabinets, removed ducting and reinstalled new ducti and register into ceiling, installed new cabinets, cabinet hardware & floating shelves, installed undermount sink & faucet, installed disposal and air switch, installed pre-fabricated countertops, installed approx 36 sf backsplash, installed range, installed microwave, installed water line hook-up for refrigerator, installed dishwasher
• Exterior: Sanded, primed and painted stair railings, bannister and spindles, installed exterior sconce lights
• Living Room: Painted brick fireplace, installed new recessed LED lights including new switch, installed 2 combo smoke/co2 detectors
• Bedrooms: Installed flush mount ceiling lights, installed 2 smoke detectors, repaired plywood subfloor in upstairs bedrooms
• Primary Bathroom: Replaced vanity light, installed shower light trim, patched drywall around shower, installed bathtub/shower insert, installed fixed shower head, shower trim, tub diverter spout, temp in wall valve, installed extraction fan w/humidistat, installed toilet, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed medicine cabinet, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder
• Half Bathroom: Replaced vanity light, installed extraction fan, installed toilet, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed medicine cabinet, installed towel bar, towel ring & toilet paper holder
