Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Painted walls, trim and ceiling, replaced light fixtures where needed.
• Exterior: Concrete repaired on walkway, siding repaired, back door frame repaired, second floor trim repaired, pressure washed and painted exterior trim and siding, replaced light fixture
• Living room: Installed carpet on stairs, replaced sconce on stairs, replaced laminate floor, painted fireplace bricks, replaced ceiling fan, replaced entry flush mount light
• Kitchen: Repaired granite countertop at sink, painted exterior face kitchen cabinets, installed accordion door, replaced and fixed light fixture, replaced and fixed valves for kitchen sink, installed faucet, resurfaced kitchen sink, painted refrigerator, painted range hood and range
• Half Bathroom: Repainted vanity and installed cabinet knobs, resurfaced countertop, replaced toilet, replaced mirror, replaced door knob, replaced sink and faucet
• Master Bed/bath: Repainted vanity and installed cabinet knobs, resurfaced countertop replaced mirror, replaced ceiling fan, repaired closet rod, replaced Sink faucet
• Second Bedroom: Repainted vanity and installed cabinet knobs, resurfaced countertop replaced mirror, replaced ceiling fan, installed carpet
• Bathroom: Replaced toilet, resurfaced shower and installed new rack, replaced sink and faucet
• Upstairs Hallway: Repaired closet door, repaired attic door, replaced flush mount light
