Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Luxury vinyl flooring & transitions installed, installed transitions Between primary bathroom and hall/bedroom and 1 transition between kitchen and bathroom, installed all interior door knobs and locks, removed and filled deadbolt on interior door, black mold repaired in kitchen and primary bedroom
• Exterior: Installed new Exterior solid door, replaced outdoor lights
• Guest Bathroom: Repaired guest bathroom window/framing/ceiling/drywall and/or roof
• Hallways: Replaced flush mount ceiling lights
• Primary Bed: Replaced fan/light combo with flush mount light, replaced fan/light combo, moved vanity light to wall
• Primary Bathroom: Installed pre-fab vanity and sink, replaced vanity mirror, recaulked tub/shower combo, installed fan, installed new toilet seat, installed sink faucet, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, upgraded GFCI outlet
• Guest Bedroom: Replaced flush mount ceiling lights, replaced fan/light combo
• Guest Bathroom: Replaced vanity light, replaced fan/light combo with fan/light combo, installed new vanity, sink & faucet, installed Bead Board at base of bathtub & removed small door/access for under the tub, repaired drywall, reglazed tub & Tiles & repaired tiles, replaced bathtub faucet, drain and spout, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, upgraded GFCI outlet
• Kitchen: Replaced flush mount ceiling lights, replaced Kitchen Faucet, installed undermount sink, demolished countertops, installed bottom only cabinets, repaired drywall, installed vent hood, modified ducting for new vent hood, installed new butcher block cabinets, installed new cabinet pulls, installed new Baseboards for dining room/kitchen, installed new section of crown molding
• Dining Room: Replaced fan/light combo with flush mount light
• ADU: Removed Grow lights,
• Basement: Installed new electrical panel cover, removed medicine cabinet, replaced water heater
• Bathrooms: Installed new Baseboards for both Bathrooms
