- All Bathrooms: Painted vanity, replaced vanity light, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, installed new hardware on vanity, repaired tub/shower tile, installed sink faucet, installed medicine cabinet, installed new vanity mirror, disposed of shower enclosure, installed replacement tub & shower fixtures

- Kitchen: Removed wallpaper, replaced cabinets hardware, re-glazed backsplash

- Living room: Replace recessed trim

- Primary Bed / Bath: Replaced recessed shower light, disposed of grab bars, installed new low flow toilet, replaced waste line and hot & cold valves

- Guest Bath: Installed new flapper in toilet

- Exterior: Patched, applied stucco and painted walls at porch, front door, garage door and mailbox, installed exterior side door, replaced exterior sconces, replaced porch light, repaired drainage system, removed side gate, repaired front side gate, removed decking, re-built hatch cover access door, removed front gate, installed house numbers, replaced exterior vents, repaired downspouts
