Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All Rooms: Replaced any damaged planks, sanded existing floors, applied three coats of water-based polyurethane, replaced any damaged baseboards, patched & painted walls, ceiling, doors & trims, replaced door knobs and hinges, installed door stoppers, replaced ceiling mount lights, replaced all outlets and light switches, installed Dual and CO detectors
• Dining room: Installed hardwood floor, tucked in extra wires on chandelier, replaced vent cover
• Hallway bathroom: Installed vinyl tile flooring, replaced vanity light, caulked around bathtub edges, removed tub curtain rod, replaced towel bars, installed toilet paper holder, replaced sink faucet, patched hole on right side of vanity, replaced shower head, replaced crystal shower faucet, added a tub stopper, replaced baseboards and quarter rounds as needed
• Laundry: Installed vinyl tile flooring, removed small shelves between washer and cabinet, installed water heater restraining strap
• Kitchen: Sanded, primed and painted kitchen cabinets, glazed countertops and sink, replaced sink faucet, installed plywood to under sink cabinet base, removed all baby proofing, removed pots hanger, replaced can lights
• Bathrooms: Painted vanities and mirror frames, re-caulked toilet base
• Exterior: Patched and painted walls and trims, cleanup and added mulch, removed wooden frame planter, removed dirt off the existing stepping stones, power washed front, driveway, and backside
• Front: Painted side of stairs, replaced metal threshold, replaced weather stripping, removed screen door, replaced front door lock set, replaced the bell button cover, replaced porch tiles
