Nestled in the heart of San Mateo, this elegant 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom residence underwent an 8-week transformative renovation that seamlessly blends modern amenities with cozy comforts. Agent Caroline Huo of KW Advisors/Home Concierge collaborated with project director Kristina Shelton to upgrade this home before putting it on the market. Guided by Kristina's adept direction, the home received a refreshing facelift: new carpet installations improved every room, while the walls, ceilings, and trims were given fresh coats of paint. Luxury vinyl flooring was meticulously laid out in both the primary and upper bathrooms, reflecting a modern touch. The lighting throughout the house received a thorough upgrade, with new fixtures illuminating the entry, dining room, kitchen hall, powder room, and upper hall. In particular, the kitchen gleamed under newly replaced can lights and was further enhanced with the addition of a sleek refrigerator. Bathrooms, an essential part of any home, were adorned with new vanity lights, and the final touch of elegance came with the installation of vanity mirrors in the powder, hall, and primary bathrooms. After this extensive renovation, the home sold for $1,200,000, earning the sellers a profit of $268,142 and an ROI of 842%.
