Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All house: Sanded floors, coated with water-based finish, carpet cleaned on stairs, patched visible holes & painted walls, ceiling & trim, primed only necessary areas, painted door, installed combo co/smoke detector;
• Living Room: Prepped, primed and painted built-in bookshelves in place, removed rotted wood, filled with hardening agent, sanded door, matched paint, repainted whole door
• Bedroom: Repaired peeled wallpaper, wallpaper primed and painted over,
• Den: Caulked plaster where cracked, repaired water damaged floor
• Hall: Repaired water-damaged area on ceiling, repaired water damaged floor
• Garage: Repaired door under stairs, removed vertical wooden planks creating divider walls for storage room, installed remote control light switches and bulbs, replaced shut off valve
• Upper unit: Replaced can light bulbs with brighter bulbs, installed thermostat, replaced light switch and wall plates
• Upper Kitchen: Installed range and hauled away old range, replaced shut off valve, installed doorstops
• 1st Fl Unit: Prepped and caulked tub
• Office: Removed and hauled away all built-in cabinets, repaired holes left from cabinet wall fasteners, caulked minimal cracks
