- Master bedroom: installed new carpet, replaced bedroom door,

- Master bathroom: Replaced vanity light fixture, replaced mirror, glazed shower base, replaced the toilet, removed wooden medicine cabinet, replaced vent cover

- Second bathroom: replaced two mirrors

- Downstairs Half Bath: Replaced light fixture, replaced mirror, glazed shower base, replaced two closet sliding door rails

- Laundry room: replaced utility sink, replaced 1 bulb, replaced vent cover

- Downstairs den: replaced the ceiling fan

- Sunroom: wiring checked by an electrician, replaced the light fixture, removed sliding door screen

- Exterior: power washed, painted eaves and patio, power washed the rear deck and stained deck, new wood railing, rehung door on the left side of the house, replaced damaged wood on the left side of house, built new stairs and stair rails, added stairs middle support along with deck rails, repaired or replaced damaged wall support, removed mulch and soil, lowered the soil on the right side below the stucco-end level, trench drainage extended, 3" pipe installed towards the street

- Garage: Adjusted hinges, latches and strike plates to restore full operation
