Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Refinished wood flooring & removed linoleum, patched & painted walls, ceiling, trims, & doors, replaced all interior door knobs and hinges
• Basement: Carpet installed in basement over existing flooring
• Basement Bath: LVP installed in basement bathroom, reinstalled toilet, installed sink faucet, repaired shower edge tile, caulked/cleaned shower pan
• Kitchen: Installed wood flooring in kitchen, removed wallpaper, painted kitchen cabinets, removed wallpaper, painted kitchen cabinets, added recessed lights, patched ceiling as needed, installed new hardware, installed undermount sink & faucet, installed disposal and air switch, installed countertops, installed backsplash, installed range, installed hood, fixed leak, installed refrigerator, installed dishwasher
• Exterior: Patched and painted walls and trim, repaired dry rot, installed pavers in front yard, added gravel between concrete pads in courtyard, added additional plants, stained exterior structure, added fiberglass panel to courtyard fence and paint
• Living & Basement: Painted brick fireplace, added recessed lights, patched ceiling as needed
• Bedroom: Installed sliding door for bedroom closet, replaced ceiling mounted light fixture
• Bathrooms: Replaced vanity light
• Dining: Replaced chandelier
• Entry: Replaced ceiling mounted light fixture
• Misc. Fixtures: Replaced light fixtures
• Closet: Replaced electrical subpanel
• Primary Bath: Installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder
• Hallway Bath: Installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, plumbing done for double sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror
• Roof: Roof replaced, replaced gutters and downspouts, replaced dry rot in the eaves
