Once this project was complete, this beautiful home sold for $1,700,000 after only two weeks on the market!

Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

- All rooms: old hardwood and carpet removed, new baseboards installed, luxury vinyl flooring installed

- Living room: cleaned and painted fireplace screen and firebox, installed new tiling on fireplace

- Kitchen: new flush mount ceiling lights installed, chandelier added in the dining room, new cabinets and hardware installed, new under-mount sink and faucet installed, new disposal and air switch installed, new countertops, backsplash, range, extractor fan, refrigerator, and dishwasher installed

- Powder room: installed an electrical box for LED mirror, vanity light replaced, installed extraction fan, installed, toilet, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter, and sink, installed vanity mirror, installed towel ring and toilet paper holder, installed new wood baseboards

- Exterior: installed two new light fixtures outside
