This two bedroom, three bathroom townhouse in Fremont features a double-height living room, two fireplaces, and multiple terraces that allow for plenty of natural light. - Kitchen: Painted cabinets, glazed kitchen sink, replaced kitchen faucet, removed paper towel holder

- Staircase: Painted metal railings, replaced wall mount fixture

- Living room: Painted fireplace brass trim,

- Primary Bedroom: Paint inside fireplace

- Primary Bathroom: Removed shower curtain & anti-slip mat, cleaned and caulked around sink

- Downstairs bathroom: Glazed bathtub, repaired toilet leaking

- Dining Room: Replace dining light fixture
