Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Leveled flooring, Installed soundproofing underlayment. Installed LVP flooring throughout unit including baseboards, interior doors lightly sanded and painted, sealed, caulked, primed and painted walls & ceiling throughout the house, finished painting Interior door knobs
• Closet: Slider doors installed, replaced flush mount ceiling lights
• Kitchen: Removed existing ceiling light, installed 3 new can lights, Demolished wall in front of sink to counter height, installed cabinets, floating shelves & hardware, installed undermount sink & faucet, installed disposal and air switch, installed prefab countertops with backsplash, installed range, installed extractor fan, installed refrigerator
• Bathroom: Replaced vanity light, replaced heat lamp/light, installed fixed shower head, temp valve and volume valve and drain, installed new tub and dispose of old tub, installed tile walls in shower, installed tile niche, install extraction fan, installed toilet, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, toilet paper holder, installed wood baseboards
• Living Room: Installed thermostat
