Overlooking a verdant Marin County canyon, this glorious knoll-top retreat needed just a little love to help it fetch top dollar. We were thrilled when Tina and Victoria from McArthur Love Team reached out to us to help. Project director Melissa Jones and designer Samantha Black started with a new layout for the cluttered main bathroom, replacing a cumbersome built-in tub with a tidy and nostalgic freestanding unit and installing a gorgeous vanity. They also envisioned new kitchen furnishings and landscaping to further realize the home’s cheery potential. As with all Freemodel projects, our Project Director personally oversaw all aspects of the remodel.

On listing day, the sun rose on a house flooded with light, sparkling with new paint and details, and gleaming with refinished and newly revealed hardwood floors. Twelve hours later, the sale had closed, the home’s lightning-fast turnover delighting both buyer and seller.

Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:
