Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Finished carpentry. installed 1/4 round after LVP, patched & painted walls, ceiling & trim, installed Interior door knobs, installed Exterior Door knob & deadbolt, Luxury vinyl flooring installed on all main living areas and master bed, primed with Kilz
• Exterior: Repaired brickwork and rotted wood, patched & painted walls and trim
• Kitchen: Painted all kitchen cabinets, replaced hanging light, installed cabinets & Drawer hardware, installed undermount sink & faucet, installed disposal, installed microwave, installed dishwasher
• Master bedroom: Tile demolished and applied floor leveler
• Entry hallway: Transition strip installed
• 2 Bedrooms: Carpet installed 2 bedrooms and 2 closets, replaced Ceiling fans
• Master bathroom: Replaced flush mount ceiling lights, replaced hanging light, installed sink faucet, replaced drywall in master bedroom, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder
• Jack and Jill Bathroom: Replaced vanity light, resurfaced bathtub, replaced drywall around shower, installed fixed shower head, tub filler, temp valve and volume valve, installed tile walls in tub, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, installed wood baseboards
• Living Room: Replaced flush mount ceiling lights
• Front porch: Replaced hanging light
• Front Hall: Replaced hanging light
• Pool: Drained and cleaned pool.
• Back yard deck: Replaced deck 8 x 12 with stained pine
• Garage: Replaced 2 garage doors & openers
