Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Patched & painted ceilings, walls, interior doors, removed all window coverings, replaced all outlet/switch plates to match, replaced broken wood planks at shed
• Bathroom: Repaired damaged bathroom door and hole on window sill, sanded & painted, painted bathroom cabinets, replaced bathroom hardware
• Kitchen: Painted kitchen cabinets, replaced and kitchen hardware, installed new range vent hood, installed new deep quartz countertops, installed full height matching backsplash, repaired drywall at backsplash, patched, mudded, taped & sanded, installed new dishwasher, installed and connected new gas range, installed new disposal and air switch, installed new 3 hole faucet, new hoses, and new angle stops, installed and caulked new double basin sink
• Garage: Painted interior, painted built-in cabinets, replaced Windows
• Exterior: Powerwashed, painted, added stucco
• Primary Bed / Bath: Installed vanity mirror, installed new faucet and hoses, resurfaced and recaulked tub
