Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Primed, patched & painted walls & ceiling, installed new smoke detectors, installed smoke/CO₂ unit
• Exterior: Painted trim, touched up paint along back wall, repaired Pergola base, repair Deck, dry rot, repaired fences where missing slats, repaired gate doors so they close properly, sanded patio furniture and stained, repaired corner of outdoor kitchen and installed new tile, repaired outdoor faucet, removed awning, installed new outdoor, grill, fridge, sink/faucet, painted entire back wall of the house, painted 3 railings
• Kitchen: Patched, sanded, repaired and painted to match cabinet corners, and under count
• Primary Bathroom: Filled hole in tile, repaired trim, patched & painted
• Bedroom: Replaced sliding glass door,
• Dining Room: Replaced chandelier
• Slate Wall: Repaired slate wall where bricks were loose
