Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Luxury vinyl flooring installed & baseboards, patched, caulked and painted the walls
• Exterior: Removed and replaced fascia board and trim, replaced exterior lights, painted the exterior doors the same color as the fascia.
• Front yard: Removed existing wood wall fence, and White Vinyl Pickets Fence installed, painted the board cap, painted all the windows trims, doors trims, and fascia boards, through the exterior of the house and the garage.
• Garage: Garage Door springs replaced & other small repairs done
• Dining Room: Replaced patio sliding Screen door, replaced light fixtures, replaced thermostat
• Laundry: Replaced the exterior door with new trim and casings
• Bedroom downstairs: Installed new retrofit patio sliding glass door with new trim and casings.
• Bedroom: Added ceiling fan with light
• Hallways: Replaced light fixtures, replaced thermostat
• Kitchen: Flattened the ceiling with drywall, wired and installed inset ceiling lights, electric dryer outlet relocated, installed the new wall cabinets, and base cabinets, installed countertop to fit in the new kitchen with six inches Backsplash, reinstalled kitchen appliances
• Primary Bed / Bath: Removed fiberglass shower enclosure, replaced the shower valve fixtures, and installed a new shower enclosure with a shower door, installed new vanity with a countertop, replaced all the fixtures in the bathroom as the lights, mirror, towel bars, Toilet, and faucet.
• Downstairs Bath: Soffit and medicine cabinet removed, vanity with a single replaced, replaced all the fixtures in the bathroom as the lights, mirror, towel bars, Toilet, and faucet.
• Office: The loft framed and turned into a new office room with a closet, installed a new ceiling fan light in the new bedroom.
• Fireplace: Primed and painted the brick hearth, installed new wood mantel, sanded and painted the fireplace's metal trim
