Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Installed luxury vinyl flooring, patched & painted walls, ceiling, doors & trims, painted all cabinets (bathroom & kitchen), replaced cabinet and door hinges to brushed nickel, installed Door stoppers, replaced all door knobs to brushed nickel, replaced all outlets and light switches with white ones, installed new CO detectors
• Kitchen: Removed ceiling light box, replaced ceiling mount light, installed cabinet hardware (hinges and pulls), installed undermount sink & faucet, installed disposal and air switch, installed Quartz countertops, installed backsplash, installed range, installed microwave above range, installed refrigerator, installed dishwasher
• Second Bedroom: Replaced brass closet door
• Living room: Replaced fireplace mantel wood
• Front door: Replaced door knob & deadbolt
• Staircase: Replaced rail handles
• Fireplace: Installed live edge wood shelf over fireplace
• Dining room: Replaced light fixture
• Primary Bathroom: Replaced vanity light, glazed shower base and surround tiles, replaced shower sliding door, replaced fixed shower head, temp valve and volume valve, replaced medicine cabinet, replaced extraction fan, replaced toilet, replaced prefab vanity countertop and undermount sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed bathroom hardware
• Hallway Bathroom: Replaced vanity light, glazed tub and surround tiles, installed medicine cabinet, installed fixed shower head, tub filler, temp valve and volume valve, installed extraction fan, installed toilet, installed prefab vanity countertop and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed bathroom hardware
