- Kitchen: replace recessed trim, replaced electrical receptacles at island and counters, disposed all appliances and cabinet hardware, repaired back slider lock, installed cabinets hardware, installed new sink faucet, installed new cooktop, installed new oven, installed new wine fridge, installed new microwave, installed new refrigerator (including water hook-up), installed new dishwasher, quartz countertops installed, Modified cabinets for new cooktop & disposed old counters

- Garage: replaced receptacles with GFCI, protected wiring in garage walls, removed washer/ dryer/ installed countertop, installed atmospheric vacuum breaker

- Hallway bathroom: replaced vanity lighting/ heating lamp & exhaust fan
