Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

- All rooms: Removed window coverings, removed plastic crown moldings, painted all walls, trims and ceiling, added new LED can lights re-using existing switches, demolished carpet and hauled away, installed basic residential carpet on the following areas: hallway, bedrooms, upstairs and stairs, corrected outlets, re-installed 2 prong receptacles

- Kitchen: Demolished cabinet, added 4 new LED can lights re-using 2 existing switches, replaced damaged plywood in kitchen, repaired kitchen cabinet drawer, replaced plywood, repaired sink valve, installed new dishwasher

- Living Room: Removed stove insert/cabinet to the left of the fireplace, installed 4" recessed lights and dimmer, removed two existing lights

- Laundry Room: Removed shelving and cabinets to the left of the window, removed cabinet over the window

- Family Room & Bar Area: Remove and save existing fixtures, added 2 new 4" LED can lights, added 4 new lights,

- Downstairs: Demolished tile in the entry and kitchen, installed new luxury vinyl flooring in the powder bathroom, entry, kitchen, family and laundry room, demolished tile in the entry and kitchen, installed new luxury vinyl flooring in the powder bathroom, entry, kitchen, family and laundry room, replaced damaged wood flooring

- Hall Bathroom: Removed 1st-floor hall vanity, installed a 24x24 vanity with a new faucet and drain, repaired broken valve

- Primary Bathroom: Replaced valve in the primary bathroom, replaced the drain in the master bathroom

- 2nd Floor Left Bedroom: Removed sheetrock and repaired leak, added tar to repair a leak, installed new sheetrock back, patched and painted new sheetrock.

- Exterior: Painted front door, painted front step, removed handrails on the front door, painted pool enclosure, replaced two exterior doors, repaired side gate
