Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: all hardwood floors refinished, all walls, ceilings and trim patched and painted, new matching door hinges, new doorknobs and locks, lighting upgraded throughout the home, electrical switch moved in living room
• Upper-level bathroom: tub and wall tile reglazed, new cabinet hardware installed
• Kitchen: new cabinet hardware installed
• Exterior: house siding and trim painted, patio storage area and doors installed, address numbers upgraded, existing plants pruned, broken wood terrace repaired, oak tree trimmed, front yard trees shaped, plants added in the front yard
