• Bathrooms: relocated lighting above mirrors, installed prefab vanities and undermount sinks, replaced faucets, replaced shower heads, glazed shower tiles, replaced mirrors
• Staircase: luxury vinyl plank installed, removed metal brackets, replaced loose risers
• Exterior: patched and painted walls and trim, sanded walls, inspected and replaced damaged beams on deck, replaced house number, replaced all exterior wall mount lights, window cleaning
