Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Sanded and refinished hardwood flooring, applied 3 coats of protection, patched & painted walls, ceilings and baseboard/trims, painted interior doors, installed new carpet in the downstairs area, installed baseboards for the area with the new capet, replaced 1 Standard Receptacle Wall Outlet, replaced Light Switch and Wall Plate, replaced 2 Gang Outlet Receptacle and Light Switch Wall Plate, replaced 3 Gang Light Switch Wall Plate, installed new door knobs & hinges
• Exterior: Power washed and painted, installed new address numbers, installed new mailbox, installed new wall sconce, removed the security door.
• Entryway and Closet: Installed matching floor, replaced Flush Mount
• Kitchen: Installed new flooring, sanded and painted kitchen cabinets, replaced GFCI Box, replaced Semi-flushmount light, repaired the missing cabinet face in the bottom of wall oven, installed new Hardware, installed new Sink, installed Dishwasher, fabricated Quartz Countertop, installed Sink Faucet, installed Garbage Disposal, installed new Refrigerator
• Stairway: Disposed of carpet on stairs and landing, risers painted, replaced wall sconce, secured and painted railings
• Bathrooms: Replaced GFCI Box
• Living Room: Replaced Thermostat
• Dining Room - upstairs: Replaced Chandelier
• Hallway - upstairs: Replaced Flush Mount, replaced the attic access
• Back Room - upstairs: Replaced Flush Mount
• Hall Bathroom - upstairs : Replaced Vanity Light, installed new floor tile, installed new shower faucet system set, installed Toilet Seat, fixed the bathtub drain leak, installed Bathroom Vanity Countertop and Sink, install sink faucet and drain, install Vanity mirror, installed Robe Hook, toilet paper holder, towel ring, towel bar
• Hallway - downstairs: Replaced Flush Mount Lighting
• Hall Bathroom - downstairs: Replaced Vanity Lighting, replaced Toilet, installed Bathroom Vanity Countertop and Sink, install sink faucet and drain, install Vanity mirror, installed Robe Hook, toilet paper holder, towel ring, towel bar
• Primary Bathroom: Replaced Vanity Lighting, added new shower enclosure kit, installed wall tiles for the shower, installed new shower faucet drain and rough in valve, Installed Toilet, install Bathroom Vanity Countertop and Sink, install sink faucet and drain, install Vanity mirror, installed Robe Hook, toilet paper holder, towel ring, towel bar
• Bedrooms - downstairs: Replaced Flush Mount Lighting, installed new closet door to fit the space
• Bedroom - downstairs near sliding door: Repaired lock to the sliding door and dry rot by the door, sealed the outside so water doesn't get into that area
