- Living room: Painted fireplace bricks & mantel

- Both bathrooms: Removed tub sliding door, glazed bathtub and surrounds, installed new vanity mirror, installed new sink faucet, replaced shower/tub fixtures

- Staircase: Install two matching handrails

- Kitchen: Replaced old flooring with luxury vinyl flooring, extended electrical line for a new dishwasher, installed new cabinets & hardware, installed under-mount sink & faucet, installed disposal, installed Quartz countertops, installed backsplash, installed gas range, installed extractor fan, installed refrigerator, installed dishwasher

- Upstairs bathroom: Installed new prefab vanity, removed cabinet above toilet

- Exterior: Power-washed & applied solid stain to deck and steps, patched and painted walls, trims and doors, painted stairs railing, replaced house numbers, replaced all exterior wall light fixtures, trimmed and cleaned up all backyard
