- Kitchen: painted kitchen cabinets, installed new GFCI outlets, installed new hood, installed new sink faucet, installed subtop and countertop, removed microwave box & cabinets around hood vent, installed undermount sink & faucet, installed new cabinet pulls, installed gas stove and range

- All Bathrooms: painted vanities, removed built in medicine cabinets, added drywall, patched prepared for painting, installed new GFCI outlets, replaced vanity lights

- Primary Bath: prepared and recaulked shower and epoxy shower floor and tile, installed sink faucet, installed double sink counter, installed fixed shower head, temp valve and volume valve and drain, installed 2 vanity mirrors, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, installed new cabinet pulls
