Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Luxury vinyl flooring installed, Installed baseboard and door trims, installed all door hardware: door knobs, hinges and locks, installed new Interior doors:1 bath, 2 bedroom, 1 bifold closet door, retextured areas to have skip trowel texture, painted walls, ceilings, trims and doors, replaced lights throughout spare rooms, halls, kitchen, bedrooms, entry,
• Exterior: Painted house body and trims, removed and installed new roof, includes gutters, downspouts and chimney cap
• Kitchen: Painted kitchen cabinets white, Installed LED can lights, replaced switches and plates, replaced outlets, installed undermount sink & faucet, installed disposal and air switch, installed countertops, installed backsplash, installed range, installed extractor fan, installed microwave, installed dishwasher
• Family Room: Removed popcorn ceiling
• Guest Bedroom: Removed closet rod nearest door, replaced ceiling fan
• Dining room: Installed chandelier
• Primary Bed: Replaced ceiling fan, installed clear glass, fixed panel shower screen, installed sheetrock and texture over shelving area, installed fixed shower head, temp valve and volume valve and drain, installed tile floor, installed tile floor in shower, installed tile walls in shower, installed tile niche, installed extraction fan, installed toilet, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, & toilet paper holder, relocated closet rod and shelf, cleaned walls, windows, and added shellac primer, removed dry-rot throughout and reframed below the shower
• Family Room: Replaced ceiling fan
• Guest bed 2: Replaced ceiling fan
• Family Room: Installed LED can lights
• Hall bathroom: Installed LED can light above tub/shower, installed vanity light, repaired drywall around shower, installed tub/shower combo, installed shower curtain rod, installed fixed shower head, tub filler, temp valve and volume valve, installed tile floor, installed extraction fan, installed toilet, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, & toilet paper holder, installed floating shelves in alcove
• Primary bathroom: Installed vanity light
• Living Room: Replaced doorbell and exterior button
• Hallway: Installed new Nest thermostat
• HVAC: Cleaned Deodorize Venting throughout
