Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

- All rooms: prepped, patched, and painted walls, ceiling, and trim in each room, all door knobs replaced, removed existing mirrored doors in upper hallway, build soffit and install standard size closet French doors, replaced light trim kits

- Kitchen: refaced cabinets with flat panel, painted cabinet doors, installed new doors and hinges, installed new handles, installed two new floating shelves to match with brackets, replaced cooktop with new glass top electric, removed and replaced fridge with 36" counter depth stainless steel model, replaced light can over island with decorative flush mount

- Dining room: modified cabinetry, patched flooring, removed fan and replaced with chandelier, replaced can trim lights, added bracketed shelves to wall where bookcase was removed

- Primary bedroom: replaced carpet, replaced corner can light with new trim kit, removed and replaced light fixture over bed with chandelier, added privacy film on windows

- Primary bathroom: demo and removed all existing materials and fixtures in vanity and toilet room, including removal of tile floors up to tub and shower curbs, modified plumbing for two sink/vanity combos, added two sink/vanity combos with faucets, added two new mirrors, removed can lights over vanity and added new wall sconces, replaced light trim kit on each side of closet, replaced light trim kit in closet, installed new tile flooring, reconfigured electrical for new chandelier over tub

- Main floor hall bath: replaced vanity doors and paint, added new cabinet knobs, replaced mirror, replaced vanity light, cleaned fan

- ADU: fresh paint to walls, ceiling, and trim, replaced central chandelier with large rattan pendant, removed fluorescent panels and installed single flush mount, sprayed existing gold can lights white, replaced bathroom vanity doors and paint, added new bathroom cabinet knobs, replaced mirror, replaced toilet seat

- Exterior: pruned trees, removed dead roses, added new plantings in existing beds as well as around entry, added new irrigation lines, added bark and mulch
