- All rooms: all walls, ceiling, and trim patched and painted, fireproof paint added in the fireplace, wallpaper removed, cracked plaster repaired, hardwood floors refinished, curtain and rods removed, ceiling lights replaced, hallway cabinets painted, all doorknobs, hinges, and locks replaced, new attic access installed, interior window cleaning, electrical and plumbing for laundry room replaced

- Kitchen: cabinets painted, dining room cabinets refinished, new hardware installed, ceiling lights replaced, sconces replaced, all appliances removed, sink faucet replaced, new range and hood installed, new refrigerator and dishwasher installed

- Bathroom: demo and dispose of all tiles, fixtures, and vanities, enlarge bathroom per design planning, frame curbed shower installed, frameless sliding shower door installed, freestanding tub installed, new fixed shower head, temp valve, volume valve, and drain installed, new tub spout and filler installed, new tile added to the flooring and shower walls, new toilet and extraction fan installed, new prefab double vanity cabinet, counter, faucets, mirror and sink installed, new hardware installed, new wood baseboards added

- Lower unit: fixed broken light switch that controls bathroom & hallway light, added exhaust fan in the bathroom, replaced shower head and valve, fixed bedroom ceiling, installed new light fixture in the bedroom & fixed light switch, repaired kitchen ceiling where there was a leak, fixed outlets and added GFCI in the kitchen for safety

- Exterior: exterior walls and trim touched up, bars on windows removed, railings painted, garage door hinges painted, front door screen removed, entry sconce and doorbell replaced, exterior window cleaning, front door lock, and hardware replaced, trees removed in the front yard, gutters and downspouts replaced, roof repaired
