Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Engineered Hardwood Flooring installed, patched & painted walls, ceiling & trim, installed all doors, door knobs and locks, removed windows, installed new framing, new trim & waterproofed, for 2 large and 4 small windows
• Exterior: Patched siding and painted walls and trim, front porch, replaced wall mount lights, replaced all outlets and switches, installed new garage door, replaced all window sills, replaced broken/detached gutters, rebuilt steps to back deck, repaired front gate, installed patio string lights, installed fireplace mantle, installed new address numbers, removed the satellite dish, painted the back side of neighbor's garage
• Guest Bath: Replaced fan/light, replaced vanity light, installed new cement board, waterproofing, installed frameless sliding shower door, installed bathtub, installed fixed shower head, valve, tub spout, overflow & drain, installed tile floor, installed tile walls in shower, installed tile niche, installed toilet, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, installed wood baseboards
• Hallway Bath: Replaced fan/light, replaced vanity light with 2 lights, installed toilet, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed floating shelves, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder
• Kitchen: Installed undermount sink & faucet, installed backsplash, installed extractor fan, installed dishwasher
• Crawl Space: Installed sump pump, rebuilt furnace wood framing
