Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

- All rooms: Luxury vinyl flooring and new baseboards installed, demolished existing tile, added tile hearth on both sides of the fireplace

- Hallway: Replaced flush mount ceiling lights

- Kitchen: Installed white quartz countertops in the kitchen and bar area, installed tile backsplash, installed new kitchen sink

- Patio: Custom-built wooden border around the jacuzzi

- Garage: Painted garage ceiling, walls, and floor, installed, textured and painted drywall in the garage
