The dining area and kitchen illuminated brilliantly with new light fixtures; moreover, the kitchen saw comprehensive upgrades from new countertops, backsplash, sink, and appliances, to a rejuvenated cabinetry finish. Hallways and bedrooms were enhanced with modern fixtures, and old intercom systems seamlessly removed. Both primary and guest bathrooms saw a myriad of improvements, ranging from state-of-the-art fixtures, vanity updates, and essential amenities. After Kristina’s thorough remodel, this residence was sold for $1,250,000, bringing in a $43,656 profit for the sellers.
