Positioned amidst the tranquil neighborhoods of Orinda, this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom residence underwent an intensive 6-week transformation that seamlessly merged its timeless structure with modern sophistication. Agent Don Adamson partnered with the project director Lara Richmond to curate a space that would impress potential buyers. Lara’s expertise was evident in the extensive list of upgrades; from engineered hardwood flooring gracing every room to the replacement of doors and intricate details like door knobs, locks, and switches.
