Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Installed carpet and padding in Stairs, upstairs room including closet, and dining, patched & painted walls, ceiling & trim, painted cabinets in bathrooms and hallway storage, replaced existing hardware, painted stair railing, painted pantry, painted all interior doors, replaced outlets, switches and cover plates, installed smoke and CO's detectors
• Hall bathroom: Installed baseboards, replaced Bathtub install shower faucet combo and drain, replaced toilet seat, replaced vanity and faucet, installed 4x4 square tile format shower tile
• Guest bathroom: Removed carpet and installed vinyl sheet, installed baseboards
• Exterior: Installed new exterior doors and hardware, mowed and trimmed trees in front and back yard
• Bed 1: Installed new by-pass closet doors
• Bed 2: Installed new by-pass closet doors
• Living Room: Installed curved baseboard - caulked & painted
• Bathroom: Replaced cast iron drain, installed new hot water angle stop, added new p trap to get the sink working, drywall repaired
