- Family Room: Replaced broken glass (1 x5) unit with new glass
- Lighting: Installed new light fixture over kitchen table, installed LED recessed canister kit, installed entry Chandelier 20 feet up, installed Dining room chandelier
- Landscape: Removed 2 to 3 inches of soil and added 6 to 7 yards of decomposed granite with binder boards, steps along driveway, added DG on step with binder board, added mini bark on either side, planted Oleanders along the fence and in front of the retaining wall on front lawn
