Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• Exterior: Painted walls, trim & garage door, painted front and back doors, painted back garage front and 1 side, painted entrance railing, repaired front stairs, repaired front garage door mechanism, repaired back stairs, sealed and painted opening, replaced rear garage gutter, removed light fixture over backstairs
• All rooms: Luxury vinyl tile flooring installed, installed interior knobs/handles, removed Damaged window Screens, rebuilt foundation
• Kitchen: Leveled slope in area between kitchen and small room
• Bathroom: Refinished existing bathtub
