Under Melissa’s direction, some of the major improvements included the installation of new luxury vinyl flooring throughout the home and prepped the downstairs ADU with rough framing, electrical and plumbing for easy conversion to an ADU for the next homeowner. Once this project was completed, the property sold for $1,200,000, earning the sellers a $50,978 profit!

Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

- All rooms: luxury vinyl flooring installed, installed new interior & exterior door knobs and locks, installed new closet doors, added drywall and sprayed texture, installed baseboards

- Living Room: replaced glass

- Bedroom: replaced glass

- Kitchen: installed cabinets & hardware, installed under-mount sink & faucet, installed disposal and air switch, installed countertops & backsplash

- Dining Room: replaced hanging pendant light

- Second Bedroom: installed new track lighting

- Garage: added drywall and sprayed texture

- Prepped the downstairs portion with rough framing, electrical and plumbing for easy conversion to an ADU for the next homeowner

- Exterior: patched and painted side of driveway, painted front door, installed lattice down exterior stairs
