Situated along the picturesque shores of Sunset Beach, this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home emerged as a modern marvel after a concise 3-week renovation. The creative vision of project director Michele Armstrong blended contemporary touches with the beachside charm the locale is known for. To ensure that the home appealed to the upscale beach market, agent Peggy Knauft of Primary Pacific Properties was brought onboard. Together, they orchestrated a suite of enhancements that spanned the entire residence. Across all rooms, fresh hardware installations were added, from exterior door knobs and deadbolts to interior privacy and closet door passage knobs, enhancing functionality without compromising style. The kitchen received a facelift with the replacement of pendant lights over the peninsula and the installation of new, sleek cabinet pulls. Both the primary bedroom and the second bedroom were upgraded with ceiling fans and lighting fixtures. The bathrooms, meanwhile, saw uniform improvements with new cabinet pulls and vanity mirrors. Once this project wrapped up, the home sold for $1,950,000. This resulted in a profit of $81,839 for the sellers and an impressive 451% return on their investment, a testament to the combined expertise of Michele and Peggy.
