Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Removed popcorn ceiling, painted ceilings, walls, doors, door frames, baseboards and closets, LVP Installed, quarter round installed, replaced 3 vents, installed new 30 space main breaker indoor panel with all new breakers and labeled the panel, replaced outdoor sub panel and labeled the panel
• Exterior: Fascia and wood siding repaired, Full Painted body, fascia, trim, soffits, stone veneer, shutters and doors, painted shed exterior, window replacement, power washed the fence, filled and compacted new area for driveway, installed new rock driveway, added pavers front door to driveway, installed new mailbox and address numbers
• Kitchen: Removed soffit over window, prepped drywall for installation of new cabinets to mimic existing layout, installed new kitchen cabinets, installed new microwave, installed new sink, new faucet, and new hardware on all cabinets, fabricated and installed new quartz countertops, removed kitchen light above sink and replaced centered light with a can light, installed new blinds, replaced bifold doors
• Great Room: Ceiling drywall repaired and replaced attic access, installed 4 can lights with 2 separate switches, installed new blinds, replaced bifold doors
• Bathroom: Installed cement board in the tub surround, installed new valve manifold and tub drain, installed new tile on shower wall, installed new vanity, installed new mirror and light fixture above vanity
• Laundry Room: Centered laundry room light with switch
• Dining Room: Centered dining room light
• Bedroom 1: Centered can LED with Switch
• Bedroom 2: Centered can LED with Switch
• Foyer: Installed new blinds
• Bedroom 1: Install new blinds, installed new closet doors, installed new wire rack shelf in closet
• Bedroom 2: Installed new blinds, installed new closet doors, installed new wire rack shelf in closet
