Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Quarter Round- Installed in bedroom 2 closet, baseboard Installed, cleaned and stretched carpet on stairs, landing and master bedroom, tiled flooring 3 bathrooms, installed bifold closet doors, repaired damaged drywall in 6 areas through-out home and painted wall corner to corner to match, caulked all baseboards, crown molding, gaps, residential interior painted, replaced electrical covers throughout house, cleaned dryer vent and installed new washer box, installed smoke detectors throughout house, added 4 additional interior lights and 6 additional exterior lights
• Exterior: Replaced damaged trim on chimney and siding, secured any loose deck boards and stained backyard deck, created new raised beds in front of property for curb appeal, planted new modern looking Yucca variety plants
• Front door: Refinished front door and replace rotten wood panels on both sides of the door
• Living Room: Installed fallen chimney tile
• Bathroom: Installed new vanity lights in the primary bathroom, upstairs hall bathroom, powder bathroom
• Kitchen: Installed 4 recessed lights in kitchen after soffit removed, and 1 LED over kitchen sink, 2 ceiling fans, painted kitchen cabinets and installed new hardware.
• Primary Bed / Bath: Installed new soaking tub, installed new glass shower door, painted cabinets of master vanity, installed new tile above new soaking tub, installed tile in floor with new hardiebacker layer, re-ran copper plumbing, installed new valve, installed new faucet, refinished vanity top, shower pan and tile in shower, installed sink faucet, installed frame around mirror, reinstalled toilet after new flooring, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder
• 2nd Bathroom: Installed floor tile, refinished tub and tile, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed frame around mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring & toilet paper holder
• Powder Bathroom: Painted vanity in powder bathroom, installed toilet after new floor, installed towel ring, TP holder and new frame around mirror, installed new floor tile, installed new faucet
• Garage: Installed a new door
