I started off my career in construction and grew interested in real estate as the two industries often go hand in hand. Overseeing a job site and working with subcontractors is something I approach with a blend of professionalism and personal passion. I've always believed in the importance of hands-on involvement, which is why I make it a point to conduct regular site inspections. This ensures that every detail meets my high standards of quality and that the project stays on schedule. My communication with subcontractors is key; I set clear expectations and foster a collaborative environment. This helps to address any issues promptly and maintain a smooth workflow.

Outside of work, I have a variety of interests that keep me balanced and inspired. I love hiking and often spend weekends exploring new trails, which fuels my appreciation for nature and informs my sustainable design practices. Traveling is another passion of mine; I've visited over 20+ cities, each journey adding a layer of understanding and inspiration to my work. When I'm not on the move, I enjoy cooking, reading historical fiction, and spending time with my family and friends.
