Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Patched & painted walls downstairs, ceiling & trim, painted all doors
• Bedrooms: Installed new carpet
• Entryway/ Living Room: Installed LVT
• Kitchen: Repainted exterior face cabinets, installed sink and faucet, added cabinet hardware, installed quartz countertop, installed backsplash
• Master Bathroom: Repainted exterior face cabinets, painted medicine cabinet frame, painted curtain headrail, resurfaced countertops, installed mirror frame, installed towel bar, robe hook & toilet paper holder, installed cabinet hardware
• Second Bathroom: Painted walls, painted medicine cabinet frame, replaced Shower rod, resurfaced countertops, installed towel bar, robe hook & toilet paper holder, installed cabinet hardware
• Exterior: Removed shed
• Back Fence: Replaced damaged boards
