All rooms: Patched & painted walls after removing curtains rods, painted niche near bathroom, installed Front and back door hardware, adjusted attic door, replaced 4 flush mount ceiling lights

Exterior: Painted front and back door, trimmed and cleaned tree, installed missing wood, power washed back facade

Entryway/ Dining room: Refinished hardwood floor, replaced 2 ceiling fan

Closet: Repaired and painted damaged baseboard, replaced piece of padding

Kitchen: Repaired back door trim, replaced 4 pendant light, installed missing outlet plate, replaced Gas range stove, repaired Refrigerator front plastic

Downstairs Bath: Changed the entire shower pan, caulked bathtub, cut vanity mirror

Upstairs Bath: Caulked bathtub, replaced vanity mirror

Roofing: Repaired broken part of shingle roof and cleaned gutters
