Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Replaced all non-functional light bulbs, repaired damaged baseboards, replaced missing baseboards, painted walls, baseboards, doors, door casings, ceilings
• Exterior: Repaired and painted fascia, repaired and painted back side of house and outside back door
• Primary Bath: Supplied & fabricated Quartz countertop w/ sink, painted vanity, installed sink faucet
• Secondary Bath: Supplied and fabricated Quartz countertop w/ sink, painted vanity and linen cabinet doors and frame, installed sink faucet, replaced vanity light globes
• Bathrooms: Installed countertops and sinks & connected plumbing, installed three new toilets
• Primary BR: Installed wood slat blinds in white, replaced ceiling fan
• Kitchen: Installed wood slat blinds in white, replaced ceiling lights, replaced flush mount over sink with canless recessed downlight, removed wood cornice board above kitchen windows & sanded, replaced missing baseboards, sanded, primed, painted kitchen cabinets, repaired cabinet bottom under kitchen sink
• Front porch: Installed replacement window screens, replaced flush mount lights, repaired dry rot, power washed and painted
