Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Removed popcorn ceiling, patched & painted walls, ceiling, doors & trims, removed all window treatments, replaced all light fixtures, replaced light switches and outlets, installed CO and dual detectors
• Bathrooms: Painted vanity cabinets, replaced vanity lights, replaced vanity mirrors in the bathrooms, replaced vanity knobs, glazed vanity countertops
• Staircase: Painted handrail black
• Garage floor: Painted garage floor
• Exterior: Painted only garage door and garage door frame, painted entrance floor
• Upstairs Hallway: Removed middle panel in closet, removed metal shelves, installed one rod
• Downstairs Hallway: Shaved closet door
