Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Applied caulk and repaired trim, painted interior walls and ceilings, installed 9 ceiling light fixtures, installed vinyl plank flooring, removed carpet,
• Exterior: Power Washed entire exterior, replaced handrail and railing on front steps and entry, painted trim around entire house, painted decks,
• Kitchen: Painted kitchen cabinets, refinished kitchen countertops
• Lower Bathroom: Painted cabinets and replace knobs/pulls, reglazed bathroom countertop, framed mirror, removed shelves in WC, replaced light fixture above mirror
• Full Bathroom Upstairs: Painted cabinets and light frame, removed shower frame, reglazed tub and tiles, replaced hardware, replaced toilet
• Primary Suite Bathroom: Replaced ADA sink with full vanity, removed ADA handrails, replaced light fixture, removed cabinets in alcove
• Laundry Room: Removed vinyl, painted cabinets and installed new lights
