Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:
- All rooms: hardwood flooring repaired and refinished, all ceiling and wall cracks replastered, all walls, ceilings, and trim repaired
- Dining room: replaced chandelier
- Kitchen: replaced flush mount lighting
- Exterior: cement driveway and walkway and stairway to house repaired. All paint trim and siding, and eaves power washed, repaired, and painted, replaced front porch mount, removed the side and front security door and refinish the trim, repaired vertical cracks in the foundation, repaired and connected downward sprout to subpump to move water away from the foundation, removed hangers outside, put 1" by 8" board to cover up the holes and use to string lights and add power
