Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Luxury vinyl flooring installed, patched & painted walls, ceiling, doors, trim & cabinets, installed all new door knobs, replaced front door knob & deadbolt, replaced cabinet hinges, replaced ceiling mount lights, installed retrofit incandescent lights, installed white texture coating to fireplace area, installed new double curtain rod
• Hall Bath: Replaced vanity light, glazed tub/shower
• Hallway: Removed odd light and replaced with plain panel, removed hall light ceiling panel and replaced with flat panel cover
• Living Room: Replaced all old switches, outlets and plates
• Kitchen: Installed faucet, installed cabinet hinges
• Primary Bed/Bath: Glazed shower stall, glazed garden tub, installed toilet, installed closet doors
